Agreement between Authority of the State Export Control (AKSHE) and  Albanian General of Customs (MM) was signed by the Chairman of the Authority of the State Export Control Mr. Erald Dervishi and the Director General of Albanian Customs Mr. Flamur Gjyrmishka

Agreement (MM)  provides an easy way of implementation of the applicable legal framework and conducting cooperation and coordination activities for the control of military goods and goods of Dual-Use technologies.
Authority of the State Export Control (AKSHE) and Albania Customs to assess the necessity of Inter-Institutional Cooperation for the Control of International transfers of military goods and goods with Dual - Use technology in place the national interests of the Republic of Albania on nonproliferation of weapons of mass destruction in accordance with the implementation of the protection program of the Customs Service and the legal framework applicable of international transfers of military goods and goods of Dual-Use technology agreed between them with an Agreement (MM).
Agreement (MM) applies to military goods and goods of Dual – Use technologies that are exported, imported or transited through the customs territory of the Republic of Albania on customs procedures related to customs control and identify goods.
To ensure safety and security these procedures will apply in addition requires a closer cooperation between the Customs Service and the Authority of the State Export Control
