All the subjects who trade with military goods which are part of the European Union list approved by the Albanian Council of Ministers, involved on export, import, transit, transshipment, brokerage, transfer or exposition of these goods, are legally obliged to get a certification or authorization from the State Export Control Authority (AKSHE), upon the procedures and competences envisaged from the Albanian Republic legislation.
More specifically , the list of goods, the documentations released by AKSHE concerning the Military Goods, as well as the requirement forms for all kind of legal documentations that should be presented by the trade subjects, are as follows:
